Representing CIHEAM Montpellier, postdoctoral researcher Aybike Bayraktar visited the Arborea case study site — the Italian local hub of the NPP-SOL project —between 22–25 September.
During the visit, she closely examined bioreactor technologies, one of the key innovations proposed within the project, observing their operation and assessing their potential for local implementation. She also met with local stakeholders to discuss the opportunities, challenges, and practical considerations related to the wider adoption of these technologies in the Arborea region.
This visit marks an important step in supporting the local uptake of innovative and sustainable solutions within the NPP-SOL project.
